Domestic Shipping Policy
Amazing Herbal Creations currently can ship to all 50 states in United States excluding: Iowa, Mississippi, New Hampshire, South Dakota, Idaho and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally. All orders are processed within 48 hours and shipped Priority Mail to you. You will receive your order in 2-3 business days after it ships, Tracking Information will be emailed to you to the email address you provide. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders you should expect an approximate 48 hr delay in shipping. Deliveries are made on weekends, but not holidays. We will let you know if there will be any delays in your shipment.
International Shipping Policy We Do Not ship internationally at this time. Sorry for this inconvenience.

Damages
Amazing Herbal Creations will replace any item that you receive if it is damaged during shipping. We will not replace items that are lost or stolen during shipping or if you accidently provide an incorrect address. Please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly if this occurs.

Please save all packaging and damaged goods before filing a claim with us. We will need you to contact us immediately and return the shipment to us using a label that we provide. Upon confirmation of your item being returned we will send out a replacement or issue a full refund..
Return & Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us as to why you are not satisfied. If we can resolve your issue by supplying you with a more effective product for your needs we will. If we need to replace your product the new product will be sent to you within 24 hrs and we will pay for shipping. If we cannot resolve your issue then a full refund will be provided to you minus the shipping costs within 24-48 hrs.
